Personally, I believe this training on emotional Intelligence by LYD consulting is very necessary for the workplace, I learnt how to first of all manage my emotions and that of others.Going forward, I would study and improve my personality profile so I can accommodate colleagues and bosses with different profiles from mine

The training was perfectly executed. I have understood more methods of solving problems and also acquired skills to assist with decision making. As an operations Head, I will better evaluate my decisions before execution and also assess the impact of my decisions better

The training resonates with me. Things I have come across online were better explained, the techniques I can see myself applying in public speaking were properly discussed, going forward, I would read more so I can learn more about key persons who are exceptional public speakers

Honestly, it's the best training for me so far because I haven’t heard of the course on emotional intelligence before now.
