Personally, I believe this training on emotional Intelligence by LYD consulting is very necessary for the workplace, I learnt how to first of all manage my emotions and that of others.Going forward, I would study and improve my personality profile so I can accommodate colleagues and bosses with different profiles from mine.
The training was perfectly executed. I have understood more methods of solving problems and also acquired skills to assist with decision making. As an operations Head, I will better evaluate my decisions before execution and also assess the impact of my decisions better.
The training resonates with me. Things I have come across online were better explained, the techniques I can see myself applying in public speaking were properly discussed, going forward, I would read more so I can learn more about key persons who are exceptional public speakers
It was an interesting and essential training that will help improve and enhance my communication and presentation skills, the training has improved my vocal skills, my communication and presentation skill. Going forward, I will put the impacted skills into practice so as to get used to it.
The training was timely, impactful and extremely useful. The training has given me an insight into how my leadership, mentoring and coaching skills can be improved upon; and the strategies to impact my team.
